I was extremely satisfied with the level of service Mike Haddad provided to me during my selection process. I was in the market for an engagement ring. Mike took the time to educate me on the differences between the four C's (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight) in relation to shopping for a diamond. He presented many different diamonds to me which gave me the confidence in knowing what type of diamond I wanted to purchase. Other places showed me 3-4 one carat diamonds, while Mike showed me about 30! I was never pressured during the entire sales experience. The pricing compared to other jewelers was extraordinarily lower. Mike's patience was truly appreciated. I highly recommend giving DJB an opportunity to make your purchase a happy one. I recently flew to St. Louis from New York State and purchased a beautiful engagement ring from Mike and Rocky at Diamond and Jewelry Brokers. I have friends that live in St. Louis that spoke very highly of them. I live in a small town with limited choices for jewelers. Chain stores in the mall and thats about it. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Mike. He spent several hours with me on the phone and in person picking the perfect loose stone and setting. I did my homework. The customer service this place provided was by far the best out of any of the other places I shopped at. They aren't pushy and want you to take your time so that you make the best decision for yourself. Once I decided on the shape of the diamond, Mike went to work and found a stone within a week or so. Once I found out the size, color, clarity, cut, and price of his diamond; I went shopping at other stores looking for stones that matched the same qualities. I found that Diamond and Jewelery saved me around $1500-2000 when compared to larger stores such as Zales, Tivol, and Helzberg. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would do it all over again if I had the chance.

I had my first visit yesterday to Diamond and Jewelry Brokers as I was wanting to sell old gold jewelry. Michael explained the process to me and tested and weighed my gold while I waited. This place is like no other jewelery store I have been in...for that matter, no other store PERIOD I have been in! From the moment I walked in I was greeted like I was someone special.
